A Schenectady man, who was among nine area persons indicted in a state lottery scam, was sentenced Wednesday by Albany County Judge John G. Turner Jr. to six months in jail and five years probation.
Todd Warner, 28, a former Lottery Division employee, had pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree grand larceny, a felony, and official misconduct, a misdemeanor.
