Video search engine blinkx plc (LSE:BLNX) announced on Thursday that a blinkx app is now available on Internet TV platform Roku.

According to the company, the app, which can be found in Roku's Channel Store, enables customers to search, discover and watch high quality videos from blinkx's catalogue of professionally produced content.

The app also provides access to four video channels: sports, news, popular and fun.

No financial details were disclosed.
